Are my referral bonuses taxable?

Any referral bonus paid will be taxable and you may be issued a Form 1099 for the value of such benefits each calendar year. You are solely responsible for, and it is your responsibility to determine, your tax liability and reporting obligations, if any, associated with the referral bonus.
